- Helping find unstable genetics (Herms or males) within the garden
- Phenotype hunts
- Training and educating employees at all parts of the grow on how he do things and the importance of consistency
- Helped in setting up quality standards, sorting of all plant material
- Seed/Quality Check of all flower and plant material
- Cure regiments for each specific strain and time frames of curing
- Inventory sheets, daily environmental paperwork and tracking
- Help communication and organization of packaging order between METRC and packaging team
- Education of strains differences and cure room process to any tours
