  • IDAA is a Centralized Tool to run the DQM (Data Quality Management) for multiple applications. DQMs can be split on multiple categories based on the data validation being done. DQM reporting is enabled at Dataset level and Application Level based on different rules viz. Data checks, Reconciliation, Variance. Data Checks are used to validate the correctness of data. Recon checks are used to validate the data across multiple systems. Variance checks are used for calculating the variance for different measures. These checks validate the consistency of data over period of time. The DQM status in iDAA UI is displayed at the Application and Dataset level. For each DQM, iDAA displays the Pass or Fail Status for the rule with the corresponding numbers and the %age Completion. For the failed rules, iDAA has an alerting mechanism which allows the application teams to troubleshoot and take a corrective action on a failed rule. Alerting mechanism in iDAA for Failed rules are done by emails and tickets raised by iDAA framework based on the input provided by the application teams
