Responsible for managing the VMware vSphere, VMware VDI, Microsoft SCCM and Windows Server environments.

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to deploy, upgrade, and maintain VMware infrastructure effectively.
• Installing, configuring and integrating servers associated with a VMware virtual infrastructure.
• Administer enterprise-sized VMware-based virtualization infrastructures covering vCenter and standalone ESXi environments.
• Design, deploy, and configure VMWare Horizon VDI solutions to meet business requirements.
• Manage and maintain virtual desktop images, templates, and pools.
• Implement security measures to safeguard virtual desktops, data, and user access.
• Design, deploy, and configure Microsoft SCCM infrastructure solutions.
• Utilizing SCCM to provide security updates, vulnerability patches, hotfixes, and other updates to user workstations and servers.

Responsible for deploying operating system images and software for Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10. Leveraged Microsoft's System Center Configuration 2007/2012 (SCCM) to configure workstations out of the box, and deploy quarterly updates / reimaging of workstations. Create and apply software, power, and computer/user authentication policies via Active Directory.

• Managed the server environment for the campus' active directory, print, file and multimedia servers.
  
• Leverage Microsoft's System Center Configuration Manager and Wise Package Studio to provide automated implementation of software on a large network scale.
  
• Supported over 3, 200 client computers running OSX, Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 7.
  
• Migrate Operating Systems College wide, going from Windows 7/8.1 to Windows 10.
  
• Manage a team of senior and entry-level technicians.
• Act as backup to the Campus Technology Officer on the campus or the Technology Support Supervisor at the district level.
