I work as a public insurance adjuster specializing in property claims for single family homes, and commercial buildings. I specialize in understanding policies insureds possess to better determine what limitations or allowance of coverage is for under their policy and depending what kind of loss (s) occur at their home. I have to help determine what damages are present at the property and write a scope of damages for what i see at each individual home to help insured fight for what they are owed for per their policy allowance.
