Install, inspect, and final new industrial HVAC systems

Troubleshoot blueprint defects to find a way to install as they would not work in the field

Lead install crew to a final inspection finish

Travel to new projects, or to assist ongoing installs as the company needs

Work in sheet metal fabrication for any parts we don’t have on hand

Use gas and electric tools to complete work, also equipment such as LULL, forklift, boom/scissor lift to complete work

• Welded in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions.
• Maintained clean working environment by consistently organizing tools and equipment, promoting workplace safety.
• Fabricated shop parts directly from blueprints.
• Inspected welds and checked critical measurements to meet specifications.
• Operated hoists, cranes, and power tools to dismantle equipment to find and remove defective parts.
• Clamped, held, tack-welded, heat-bent and bolted component parts to achieve required configurations and positions.
• Enhanced welding quality by following precise welding procedures and maintaining proper equipment settings.
• Removed and repaired unacceptable welds with air arc and grinder to meet quality guidelines.
• Utilized blueprints and diagrams to compare finished products against design specifications.
