Debate
I took a debate class during my junior year. Throughout the year, I learned to debate/ exchange my ideas with my fellow peers and learn more about arguing and backing up my claims with evidence. I also learned about many forms of debate such as Lincoln-Douglass debate, Congressional debate, and Public Forum. It was overall a memorable class that helped me improve my communication and argumentative skills.
I volunteered in a function organized in embassy lakes. I helped with organizing and looking over different activities that happened during the function. This included looking after the kids of those who attended and taking care of the different food stalls in the area. It was a memorable experience that I had with all the people that lived in the area.
