Skilled in operating heavy machinery and delivering exceptional customer service, I excelled at Tampa Bay Skating Academy by ensuring timely event schedules and resolving complex issues. Expertise in equipment maintenance and soil stabilization techniques demonstrated at Geo-Logical Inc., showcases my ability to meet employer expectations through proactive problem-solving and technical proficiency.
Primarily, I operated the ice-maintenance resurfacer. The models I operated were the Zamboni brand, multiple 520 and 540. This job required me to keep the scheduled events running on time.
Some of my other responsiblities involved coordinating efforts with other employees in order to maintain the scheduled events of the day.
As a manager I was responsible for managing customer complaints,, safety concerns, nightly cash outs and taking over the job responsiblity of any absent employees. I could be doing anything from sharpening skates to repairing equipment (anything from hockey gear to problems with the Zambonis) and building maintenance.
