My first experience in the healthcare field was at Brookdale. It was a great learning opportunity/ environment. The CNA's guided me on how to manage my time evenly between the residents and my other job duties. My responsibilities included checking on residents every 2 hours, washing and folding the residents laundry, and also tidying up their rooms. However while on the memory care side of the facility, I'd have the same responsibilities and duties of ADL's, such as showering and providing incontinent care. Working as a CNA gave me the basic understandings of my CNA duties and now I feel like I'm ready for more.

My responsibility as a Fulfillment team member was to dedicate my time to help customers with finding anything and also help the online shoppers with there orders. I work effectively in fast-paced environment, managing my time efficiently in order to complete all tasks within deadlines. I would also work flexible hours across night, weekend, and holidays shifts to make sure all customers needs were met. when shopping a customers order, I would sometimes have to use critical thinking to break down problems, evaluate solutions and make decisions. This job gave me the basic understanding of customer service and communication skills through regular interactions with others.
