● Cultivate a diverse calendar of events, including activities specific to mind, body, wellness to help members reach their fitness and wellness goals and be mission-ready.
● Work with Activity Group Manager to create activity group workout events and content plan.
● Lead and engage in Team RWB Eagle Fit Challenges and Mission Trainings within the Mind-Body Wellness groups. Educate, support, and inspire members.
● Create fun and engaging posts in the activity group. Post, comment, and like other members’ posts and comments.
● Collaborate with volunteer leaders to highlight, promote, and drive engagement toward group events, Monthly Missions, Mission Trainings, and Eagle Fit Challenges.
● Build and support a team of volunteers and experts to enhance the Activity Group and community.
● Properly manage and utilize a personal budget to support travel and state-level events ● Organize multi-chapter, state-level opportunities at least twice annually
● Elevate Team RWB national events through participation and coordination with state Chapters and Volunteer Leaders
● The State Coordinator will provide direct leadership to and serve as the main point of contact for all Eagle leaders in their area of responsibility, providing assistance with but not limited to:
○ Salesforce: event creation, on/off boarding of leaders, and check-in monitoring
○ Marketing Cloud: request template updates and coordinate in-person training with Team RWB’s Email Marketing Manager
○ Facebook: provide guidance on and monitor for chapter compliance with our Eagle Ethos and communication standards
○ The RWB app: know and share the latest features and activities available through the Team RWB app ● Monitor Chapter budgets, approve expenses, and work with your Area Director to identify opportunities for additional funding
● Supervise and approve event hosting requests from out-of-chapter Volunteer Leaders
● Communicate to your Chapters and Volunteer Leaders about upcoming virtual and national events via a monthly newsletter
