I served at the Conference Center for two years in the restaurant, then moved up the bar as my skills improved. I learned how to read tables and anticipate their needs to make their experience personable and enjoyable. I prioritize efficiency, while making sure everything is correct and up to the guests expectations. Organization and preparation allows me to think clearly, and I believe it is a necessity for everything to run smoothly. I thrive working in a busy atmosphere, and I have grown to love multitasking, as well as the challenges that come with serving in a hectic restaurant.
