Greetings and thank you in advance for your time, and your consideration.
If you were to have asked 50 people who Alec McGee is I'm sure you would receive 50 different answers. To some I'm known as great father, a perfect husband, a dependable friend, an honored vet, a business owner, a property manager/owner, a barber, insurance agent, a car salesmen, a bouncer, and to most I'm known for the accomplishments in the sport of Boxing.
However I am viewed by others or no matter what titles I hold/held; I stay true to myself.
I'm motivated individual that craves personal and financial growth. I'm a team player of the upmost. I want people in and around my life to succeed along side with me. I pride myself on genuine spirit and being creditable person.
I'm seeking to imply my knowledge, and skills into the work area. Always willing to learn from others as well to lead others. I'm very responsible and disciplined boxer of eight year. I seek to represent myself as a champion in, and out of the ring. My life goal is to make a difference in people's lives.
I was the sole owner operated of a dual barbershop/hair salon called UpperKutz. I was in charge of all owner responsibilities overall to include production, advertising, event planning, cleaning, sales and hiring processing. I have started the buisness from nothing, and brought it to a thriving unique shop. I ran and operated this business simultaneously as serving in the U.S Army, personal Property Management, and training/competing as a fighter at a professional level. Owning this business has taught me what no books can. To see what it takes to be great in the financial aspects of life, and not because of my wins but because of many losses I've taken in the time of being a business owner. I have learned more than a win, or a book can ever teach me about business, about life, about people.
I served in the U.S. Army as an Air Defense Battle Management Systems Operator. Stationed at Fort Bliss, Texas, home of the First Armored Brigade, I was a part of an 'air asset' of the brigade.
My job consisted of drone operations, computer systems, radars, and heavy air defense weaponry that allowed the team to provide early warning to defend against hostile air and incoming TBMs. Along with early warning, my duty was to build flight routes systematically for friendly air assets to travel, submitting crucial data to be used for flight and flight missions.
During my short time in the army I've been awarded 6 medals to include the 'Army Good Conduct Medal'. Along with multiple additional awards.
Instructing group CrossFit classes. As well as one-on-one training sessions.
