  • Auditing new and older AMI meters that have been installed.
  • Utilized advanced troubleshooting techniques to determine root causes of issues effectively, minimizing customer account malfunctions.
  • Analyzing the root cause of disconnect and connect orders when they do not process on their own. Finding the problem then fixing the order.
