Enjoy reading and journaling as ways to reflect and grow, and love expressing creativity through painting, sewing, and decorating. Also enjoy staying active by playing badminton and going on nature walks.

Completed a 3-month training program where I developed strong customer service and communication skills, including professional letter and email writing. Gained hands-on experience with the EPIC system and Apex online training, and was introduced to medical terminology used in healthcare settings. I also learned therapeutic communication techniques to effectively interact with patients and medical professionals, ensuring clarity, empathy, and professionalism. The training strengthened my problem-solving and critical thinking abilities and encouraged collaboration through teamwork exercises, role-playing scenarios, and skill development to support patient-centered care and administrative tasks. Earned a certificate qualifying me to apply for a job as a practice coordinator.
