I am a Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) and a student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration with a concentration in Health Systems Management at George Mason University, with plans to continue my education by earning a Master’s degree in Health Administration.
I have over a year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician at Loudoun Community Pharmacy, where I developed strong knowledge of prescription medications, pharmaceutics, retail pharmacy operations, and patient safety while contributing to efficient, customer-focused service. I currently work as a Patient Service Coordinator at MyEyeDr, supporting front-office operations including patient intake, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, billing coordination, and electronic health record (EHR) documentation, which has strengthened my understanding of healthcare administration, revenue cycle processes, patient access services, and vision insurance coverage.
Additionally, I bring over seven years of experience as a tutor at Kumon, where I supported students across various age groups in math and reading while also mentoring fellow tutors to improve instructional strategies and engagement. I am passionate about healthcare operations, science, and education, and I thrive in collaborative environments that emphasize organization, learning, and positive patient and student experiences.
