I provide individual counseling services to clients of all ages in both virtual and in-person settings. I conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health, emotional functioning, and overall treatment needs, and I develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their therapeutic goals.

In my role, I facilitate Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) mental health groups, where I provide psychoeducation, teach coping and emotional regulation skills, and support clients in improving their overall mental wellness. I also lead Outpatient (OP) substance abuse groups focused on relapse prevention, recovery support, and skill development related to maintaining sobriety.
