3 Years- As a Family Care scribe, I assisted the physician by performing documentation in the EHR, gathered information for the patients visit, and partnered with the physician to deliver the pinnacle of efficient patient care. In 2021, with only 4 months of experience my determination and knowledge in my work got me promoted to medical supervisor, assisting to manage 4 clinics. As a Medical Supervisor I was able to expand my knowledge in the medical field and played multiple roles in the office as follows: Lab Technician, Triage Nurse, Referral Coordinator, Medical Scribe, Appointment coordinator, Front Desk Check-In etc. With my role as a supervisor, I also made sure we were fully staffed, I assisted in finding the right candidates to fill our open positions and conducted interviews, and most importantly I set the example for our team.
