Alejandro Bazán Martinez

I have 10 + years of oilfield Drilling and Work Over experience working on land rigs in Texas. I worked a year as a floor hand and 9 years as a motorman with multiple companies. I have vast experience with wells of different depths, from shallow wells from 7,000’ to wells nearly 21,000 feet deep, and everything in between. I have experience with water-based mud, oil based mud, brine water, air drilling, wildcat wells and geothermal drilling. I also have experience drilling vertical, horizontal, directional and under-balanced wells. I have experience in controlling the crews that are placed under my control, while providing motivation and holding people accountable for work related an activity that results in “Safe Operations”. I am most proud of working over 10+ years without any of my crew members suffering a work related injury. I am versed in safety practices and have been coached and trained in the behavioral elements that help to establish a World Class Safety Culture.
