· Reconcile cash drawer at start and end of each shift, accounting for errors and resolving discrepancies.

· Learn duties for various positions and provide backup at key times

• Compile data and reviewed information for accuracy prior to input.
• Put together and file forms 1099s and W2s
• Prepare and post monthly journal entries
• Assist HR with paychecks by inputting payroll
• Establish data reports as needed
