Alejandro Padilla Medina

I look forward to team work and communicating with those around me. I like to be on board and be able to accomplish my goals by myself or with my team members when it includes them. Having working at retail has helped me to understand to be customer and the worker to understand what makes a work place better for one another. I have volunteered at elementary schools for community service hours for both high school and college in helping organizing events. Being a team leader and having skills to keep a work environment going is what keeps me motivated to continue to do better.
