  • I am the current HR Director of Brandi’s Hope Community Services. We provide services for adults with IDD (intellectual and developmental disabilities). We have 7 locations across the state. Our corporate office is located in Magee, MS.
  • As HR Director I am responsible for a multitude of tasks which include but are not limited to: disciplinary actions, unemployment benefits, worker’s comp, FMLA, reporting of critical incidents to the appropriate authorities, staffing schedules and budgets, Microsoft and GoTo communications administrator, retrieving data for audits and verifications of employment.
  • I also supervise other HR staff with the processing of new employees and terminations.
  • I am also the Payroll Manager for Brandi’s Hope and process payroll on a Bi- weekly basis. This title also includes managing garnishments and insurance deductions for our employees.
  • In my previous role prior to being promoted to HR Director, I also managed all employee benefits which included enrolling and terming coverage, COBRA compliance and reconciliation of bills.
  • I am also a licensed Process Coach which means I assist other administrative staff on using our Person Centered Skills according to our policies and procedures. I am primarily the Process Coach of one location and support the administrative team there with anything they may need.
