I assist in the family business with the following:

• Organize construction equipment and supplies for job sites.
• Remove damaged materials and prepared surfaces for optimal installations.
• Move materials, tools and supplies from trucks to job site to prepare for work day.
• Move supplies and tools to site areas to keep work moving smoothly.

As a lead martial art instructor I was in charge of making sure classes went well, and had to communicate ideas for classes efficiently with my fellow instructors. Instructors not only had to make sure we gave great classes but made sure to keep the parents engaged as well.

• Encouraged students to explore individual learning opportunities to expand knowledge of subject areas.
• Motivated students through positive reinforcement techniques such as rewards or recognition.
• Adapted teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
• Created individualized training plans based on student needs and abilities.
