Oversee a team of 30 drivers across the Midwest responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of parts to our customer's cross-dock facilities. Tasked with driving safety initiatives, handling customer requests, and maintaining a symbiotic relationship between warehouse and driver, all while maintaining an overall On-Time Percentage above 99%.

Responsible for the daily operations of all warehouses in northern Indiana, including people management, customer fulfillment, and inventory integrity. Worked weekly with our Union rep and stewards while driving our own KPI's to ensure our sales teams' needs were being met.

Responsible for creating a safe, efficient, and inclusive work environment while servicing a large and demanding customer base in South Florida. On average, our team pushed out over $1 million in orders daily while also receiving and stocking 3-6 truckloads of material per day.
