Dynamic and versatile team member turned leader with 10 years of high-pressure military and civilian contracting experience in Iraq and Afghanistan. Humbly, I am an extremely capable person, able to do anything with training and time. I did not want to work for a company again after contracting in Iraq, so I tried new ventures and got licensed in finance, but things have changed. I'm a well-rounded, level-headed, highly intelligent person, and I don't want to look back at my life and regret not doing more.
As an Air transportation specialist I was responsible for planning, organizing, and executing the air transportation for passengers and cargo worldwide. The job involves loading and unloading aircraft, processing passengers and baggage, maintaining air movement records, operating specialized equipment like forklifts, managing hazardous materials, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations to support military operations and deployments.
As a supervisor I was an expert in all of the above mentioned subjects and I was also responsible for the Airmen under my authority. Specifically, I was trusted with the project of combining two different sections at Dover AFB. I was one of the main supervisors during this project and committed my time to instruct both the new and experienced Airmen. The new section was formed and the project was a seamless success.
