• Coordinate military and diplomatic air transport: Expert knowledge of the operating requirements of a comprehensive logistics support program providing a broad range of services in support of a USG activity in a high threat location including aviation, emergency response, regional logistics/distribution operations, ground transportation.
• Supervise cargo and passenger movement: Control the loading and unloading of aircraft. Which included producing, maintaining, and transmitting cargo/passenger manifests, dealing with hazardous materials, and orchestrating the cooperation of multiple agencies to simultaneously complete mission objectives.
• Manage flight records and schedules: Created all flight schedules for inbound and outbound rotary and fixed-wing flights using Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure compliance and safety: Enforce strict adherence to U.S. and host-country laws, policies, and regulations for all air operations.
• Leadership & communication: Ability to provide leadership and work effectively, cooperatively in a multi-disciplinary team environment under considerable stress and minimal supervision. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to plan, organize, coordinate and oversee operations. Liaised with U.S. officials, Iraqi government agencies, and other coalition partners to ensure smooth logistics and resolve transportation obstacles. Ability to interact effectively with individuals in garnering cooperation and support for key planning, operations and management initiatives.
• Conduct analysis and quality control: Assist in the analysis of airfield operations to identify process improvements and maintain quality customer service.

As an Air transportation specialist I was responsible for planning, organizing, and executing the air transportation for passengers and cargo worldwide. The job involves loading and unloading aircraft, processing passengers and baggage, maintaining air movement records, operating specialized equipment like forklifts, managing hazardous materials, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations to support military operations and deployments.

As a supervisor I was an expert in all of the above mentioned subjects and I was also responsible for the Airmen under my authority. Specifically, I was trusted with the project of combining two different sections at Dover AFB. I was one of the main supervisors during this project and committed my time to instruct both the new and experienced Airmen. The new section was formed and the project was a seamless success.
