  • Designed, prototyped, and tested two generations of piezoelectric-servomotor actuated multi-DOF robotic fish as platform for controls research; designed multiple electromechanical test fixtures, DAQ, and DSP algorithms to enable system level performance verification and characterization of mechanical systems.
  • Co-authored peer-reviewed paper. and presented CAD design and mechanical system characterization at SPIE Conference. Received the President's Undergraduate Research Award for work on this project.

Wearable Vibration-Based Navigation System for Visually Impaired

  • Designed an optical time-of-flight sensor based outdoor obstacle detection system for blind individuals. Worked in a team of 4 to create path-planning strategies and vibration motor-based feedback system. Entered final Round in FairTech, currently optimizing product and competing in InVenture Awards.

Custom Haptic Feedback Macros Keyboard

  • Designed, prototyped, and iterated a multifunctional macros keyboard featuring a brushless motor–based haptic knob, integrated data acquisition, and various hardware peripheral docking functionality.

Automatic 3D-Print Removal System

  • Participated in Georgia Tech's Create-X startup program, designed and prototyped a universal automatic print removable system for FDM 3D Printers using a flexible rollable bed, motorized actuation, sensor/event triggers, and web-based remote control.
