- Cooking all of the food available to order from the restaurant. I quickly became one of the lead chefs at the restaurant because I was able to keep up with the large number of orders from all of the college students coming in. One of the reasons I have kept coming back to the food business is that I like to stay busy when on the clock. Chipotle has definitely been the busiest location at which I have been employed.

- Plainfield was the first ever drumline teaching job I ever had! It was amazing to work with a Percussion Scholastic Open ensemble, and a group that I had previously competed with and had known about my entire high school career. Rob Ferguson designed the show, and I had just gotten off of tour, marching for him all summer long with the Phantom Regiment. It was an amazing introduction to the teaching side of the activity.

- I have completed 19 seasons of marching drumline in my career, starting in sixth grade with my middle school drumline In 14 of those seasons, I had the privilege of being provided with Pearl equipment, and I have to say it has definitely always been my favorite product to use that is out there for marching percussionists
- I received the 'Outstanding Section Member' award at the end of my age-out summer with the Colts Drum and Bugle Corps Josh Nelson gave me this award, and he spoke to the full corp about the amount of recruiting and connection I made for the drumline that season It was really awesome to be a vet, and to be trusted to bring my best friends to march the season with me when we had a lot of spots needing to be filled
