- Achieved the Lotus (IBM) Notes platform sunset, eliminating a licensing exposure of over $7M, by decommissioning hundreds of Notes instances, migrating 20 more to other corporate systems, and rewriting 4, while coordinate the final shut down of the legacy platform.
- Responsible for the WU Corporate Systems End of Life Remediation, upgrading operating systems, development frameworks and database engines for 60 applications, including upgrading the apps from 32 to 64 bits and decommissioning a dozen obsolete systems.
- Supported the WUBS President, WU Chief Accounting Officer and the WUBS Head of Sales, to stabilize the WUBS ART portfolio, reducing the outages in more than half, increasing auto match processes over 10x and decreasing manual work over 50%.
- Worked directly with major IT third party providers (HP, TCS, CTS and HCL) to improve SLAs, mature the support model and improve performance, while reducing over $5M in contract fees since 2015, and strengthening the partner relationships.
- Coordinated the candidate review, performed interviews and provide overall knowledge transfer support for the new Corporate Systems development teams in the WU Pune TEC.
