I am a customer-focused professional with a diverse computer language and programming skills, I am confident in my ability to make valuable contributions to your team. Additionally, I have bilingual capabilities, able to speak Spanish on a B2 level. I am well-positioned to work collaboratively and effectively with a diverse team. My experience as a Counselor at the YMCA, where I maintained computer systems, assisted with instruction duties, and monitored child activities, has equipped me with the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and troubleshoot computer issues in real-time. As a communication Resource editor at the University of Southern Mississippi, I provided on-call assistance to students with speech and presentation verbiage, form, and layout. Moreover, as an Independent Computer Technician, I built systems/towers from the ground up, installed OS and other software, and repaired computer hardware. These roles have strengthened my organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as my proficiency in software development, algorithm design, and database management. My educational background has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of software development, general computer skills, data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel proficiency. Additionally, my skills and proficiencies in C/C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, and SQL have been honed through my academic pursuits and certifications such as JavaScript and SQL Coursera Certification as well as an AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification currently being completed.
