The Facility Supervisor trains, assigns, directs, supervises, participates, and evaluates the work of all employees engaged in performing skilled, and semi-skilled, Facilities and Grounds maintenance and repair duties. Maintains records and logs of items such as time and materials expended on each work order and a complete description of work performed. Uses, distributes, orders, and maintains materials, tools and equipment. Keeps logs of employee’s timesheets, attendance history, and performance evaluations every six months and at one-year points. Supervises applications of insecticides by use of sprayer as directed and by adhering to necessary safety precautions. Chaperones contractors when on campus to ensure work is being performed as expected as well as learning all possible from contractors to mitigate cost in the future. Performs daily morning meetings with team and follows up throughout the day to ensure work is being completed. Ensures vehicle fleet is maintained in reliable and safe operating manor for over 100 staff members to complete daily duties traveling to multiple campuses. Wing Command Chief Master Sergeant
