The Facility Supervisor trains, assigns, directs, supervises, participates, and evaluates the work of all employees engaged in performing skilled, and semi-skilled, Facilities and Grounds maintenance and repair duties. Maintains records and logs of items such as time and materials expended on each work order and a complete description of work performed. Uses, distributes, orders, and maintains materials, tools and equipment. Keeps logs of employee’s timesheets, attendance history, and performance evaluations every six months and at one-year points. Supervises applications of insecticides by use of sprayer as directed and by adhering to necessary safety precautions. Chaperones contractors when on campus to ensure work is being performed as expected as well as learning all possible from contractors to mitigate cost in the future. Performs daily morning meetings with team and follows up throughout the day to ensure work is being completed. Ensures vehicle fleet is maintained in reliable and safe operating manor for over 100 staff members to complete daily duties traveling to multiple campuses. Ensures all support equipment (tractors, lawn mowers, weed eaters, blowers, etc) are maintained in a safe and serviceable condition at all times. Manages Maintenance and Grounds annual budget to ensure all requirements are met by making decisions between priority and routine purchases each fiscal year.

The Wing Command Chief Master Sergeant serves as the Chief Enlisted Manager & Senior Enlisted Leader for the entire air wing consisting of over 1450 personnel. This position ranks as the top of the enlisted chain of command for the wing and is the second highest Senior Enlisted position in the Georgia Air National Guard consisting of over 3,000 personnel. The Command Chief advises the Wing Commander on all matters affecting mission readiness, training, professional military education\development, health, morale, and welfare of the force for over 1450 total members assigned to the 116 ACW and two associated Geographically Separated Units (GSU).

• Oversaw personnel readiness and training programs, ensuring compliance with Air Force standards.
• Implemented strategic initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and mission success.
• Coordinated logistics and resource allocation for deployment operations, optimizing efficiency in mission execution.
• Streamlined communication processes among command staff, improving information flow and decision-making speed.

Advises the Group Commander on all matters affecting mission readiness, training, professional development, and health of the force for 550 total members assigned to the group. Coordinates with leadership of seven squadrons to ensure recruiting, retention, readiness, and readiness are top priorities of all units. Monitors two databases to ensure financial compliance of all assigned units to meet mission taskings within given budgets. Monitors three manpower databases to ensure compliance from all units to manage assigned manpower, advertise for openings ahead of actual vacancies, and ensure proper force management decisions are planned for members who meet retirement eligibility and are no longer advancing in leadership roles. Removes roadblocks to these priorities by effectively resolving differences between squadrons, groups, sister wings, and State Headquarters staff. Further coordinates and removes barriers between MSG units and outside agencies for effective mission accomplishment of Domestic Operations missions during times of natural disaster relief.

Served as the lead Civil Engineering Manager for all assigned CE functions. Assigned as the full-time lead for all assigned ANG Technician, AGR, Traditional Guard, and State of Georgia personnel, ensuring effective unit management for all mission requirements. Reports direct to the Commander, serving as the Unit Resource Advisor ($270K O & M budget), Military Workday Manager (66 members), Civil Engineer Facilities Manager for Wing and overall Government Purchase Card (GPC) Approving Official for five accounts. As the full-time CEM, supervises twelve work centers ensuring all military members are properly guided, mentored, and prepared for war time deployment requirements. Monitors databases to ensure financial compliance of all assigned work centers to meet mission taskings within given budgets. Performs financial transactions in three databases to keep sufficient funds available while retaining enough funds to last throughout the fiscal year. Monitors three manpower databases to ensure compliance from all units to manage assigned manpower, advertise for openings ahead of actual vacancies, and ensure proper force management decisions are planned for members who meet retirement eligibility and are no longer advancing in leadership roles.

Logistics Management Specialist at an ANG Combat Communications Squadron ensured deployment readiness for of over 100 personnel and over 40 short tons of cargo. Managed wartime tasking requirements for the unit by utilizing and demonstrating knowledge of the Integrated Deployment System (IDS), Logistics Module (LOGMOD), Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution Segments (DCAPES) and any other systems mandated for use. Prepared, compiled, coordinated, published, distributed, maintained, and implemented deployment guidance. Reviewed Air Force Deployment Folders and identified over 400 discrepancies related to training, certification, and requirements. Served as the unit Support Agreement (SA) representative; managed the preparation, negotiation, coordination, and maintenance of all unit input to host base.
