Hello, I'm Alex. At one point, I weighed 270 lbs and stood at 5'6". After hiring a personal trainer, I managed to lose over 100 lbs. This transformation ignited my passion for helping others on their fitness journeys, which led me to pursue a career in fitness. In 2015, I transitioned from a successful 12-year career in Industrial Tool and Supply sales. Despite my achievements, the sedentary nature of the job left me unfulfilled. My growing interest in fitness prompted me to take a leap of faith. That spring, I interviewed with Frank Abney, PTD, at LA Fitness in Diamond Bar. Within three months, I was promoted to Assistant Training Director, and by the fifth month, I was entrusted with the keys to LA Fitness Riverside Alessandro. My sales skills were unparalleled. After a brief stint as a truck driver in 2019, I returned to the fitness industry, working at Crunch Fitness Riverside and 24 HR Fitness Riverside. I quickly became a Master Trainer, driven by my passion for helping others, extensive fitness knowledge, and exceptional sales skills. Unfortunately, in 2020, the government shutdowns affected the fitness industry. Fortunately, I held a commercial driver's license and began working in the family business.
