As an Instructor at KOMA I teach martial arts classes to young kids. Some times I would assist other instructors during their classes. When I taught my own classes I would warm up the students with some exercise before moving on to more practical lessons. What I had the kids work on depended on how far they were into the curriculum. I would often have them work on things like kicks and blocks that matched their belt level as well as their forms, which are a sequence of moves put together, and I would also through in some fun activities during the lessons to make sure they enjoy themselves. At the end of classes I would usually have the kids play a game if they behaved during class. By teaching these kids martial arts I and my colleagues at KOMA instill in them not only knowledge on how to defend themselves, but also things like respect and self discipline.

During my time working at Hen House I did a variety of tasks. I would often spend a lot of time bagging groceries at checkout and bring in carts from the parking lot. I would also take on janitorial work and clean the bathrooms. I would also often clean the isles in the store and make sure tp get rid of any dust and trash. Cleaning out the garbage cans throughout the store was also another task of mine. and During my time at this job I made sure that my work was efficient. I never did nay of my tasks in a lazy manner and made sure I completed them to the best of my ability,
