Teaching Philosophy:My teaching philosophy is to never stop learning and growing. As an educator it is important to show the students that hard work and perseverance benefit you. The students should be able to know that they are heard and that they are seen by the teacher. They should feel like they have a voice and that they are a very important part of learning.
