 The Green at Maples leaf's is a nursing home facility in Iredell County, they offer short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and respite stays. Volunteering there allowed me to make close connections to the patients.

Dragon fly mission thrift store is a non-profit organization. They help families who are going through a tough time, they provide necessities for them if needed free of cost. They also help individuals who need a job and allow them to work there to start their career.

• UNC Asheville Campus Recreation, Volunteer, 01/23

UNC Asheville Campus Recreation is a place where students can go and enjoy their free time by going to the gym or attend classes provided by different instructors. UNCA sets up a junior preview day for students, families, and teachers to inform them about the different facilities, clubs, and programs. Volunteering this day allowed me to collaborate with other clubs at UNCA and collaborate with my coworkers.

Conducted key informant interviews for a community food assessment. A survey was conducted on different organizations in Haywood County to assess the needs of the community and barriers that have arisen before and after Hurricane Helene.

• Global Dental Relief, Volunteer, 05/25

 Global Dental Relief is a non-profit organization that travels to other countries to provide dental care to children/adults. They helped organize a group of regular volunteers and dentist to come together as a group to provide great patient care. With minimal equipment they were able to see 300 patients in Mexico.
