
Working in retail for just over a year I’d have to say my best strength would be customer service in how I communicate with, handle, and treat customers. On a typical work day this looks like keeping a positive upbeat attitude and demeanor as well as tone when talking to customers, being able to know what to say if a customer has any questions with a goal in mind to help as much as I can, showcasing professionalism even amidst situations where a customer’s behavior may be provocative, and generally going into all customer interactions with the intent to give the best insightful and receptive service I can! Having heard the supportive feedback from my managers at my most recent job I can confidently say and attest that my customer service performance is smooth, natural, upbeat, and charismatic while also maintaining attentiveness to customers/guests and their needs.
