As an Adult Softball Umpire for the city of New Berlin, I serve as an impartial arbiter by enforcing the rules of the league without bias toward any team or individual. I maintain a professional yet lively demeanor during games in order to maintain the integrity of the league, but also to promote entertainment through fun and relaxing physical activity, and to provide a sense of community among members.

• Responding promptly to inquiries from parents, coaches, and referees about umpiring policies and procedures.
• Verifying the accuracy of scores, calls and rules with coaches.
• Demonstrating patience, objectivity, and fairness in all interactions with players and coaches.

As a Student Shift Lead at Liz's Market, I work with management and full-time staff to oversee student workers and delegate tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient marketplace. In this position, I promote and ensure food safety as well as being knowledgeable of menu items and their potential allergens for our customers.

As a Youth Baseball/Softball Umpire for the city of New Berlin, I ensure the safety of players in grades K-8 by inspecting equipment for damage and ensuring that it meets city and Little League regulations. I also provide my knowledge of the game not only to teach younger players, but also to establish a fair game for players, coaches, and spectators.

• Providing guidance for teams regarding proper behavior during games.

As a Student Worker at Liz's Market, I provided a friendly and comfortable community atmosphere for students, families, and faculty, as well as handled a variety of necessary tasks to ensure a safe and clean dining hall on campus.
