Facilities included fueling system with underground or aboveground fuel storage tanks, pumps, dispensers, control valves, piping and sumps, leak detection monitoring system, vacuum system, lubrication systems, glycol and oil waste tanks, compressed air, product reels, vehicle lifts, and car wash system.
- Performed flow/pressure analysis for gasoline, diesel, diesel exhaust fluid (DEF), lubrication oils, glycols and compressed air system, and selected submersible, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, control valves, pressure regulators and piping.
- Performed code and regulations search for underground and aboveground fuel tank installations.
- Provided mechanical engineering design services and construction support for a new compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling systems and maintenance shop upgrades for vehicle fleet of large waste disposal company. The CNG fueling systems included a gas dryer, compressors, tube storage, priority panel, control system, fast fill dispensers, and time-fill posts. - Performed flow/pressure analysis for emergency ventilation requirements of CNG vehicles maintenance shops, and selected air exhaust fans.
- Provided mechanical engineering and design for emergency generators fueling system (diesel, natural gas and propane) outside/inside building structures.
- Designed installation of aboveground and underground generator main fuel storage tanks, generator fuel day tanks.
