- Act as initial point of contact for scheduling jobs and repair claims.
- Prepare work orders for internal departments & process jobs and tickets in a timely manner.
- Maintain and follow up production schedules for ongoing projects to prevent install delays.
- Cross reference pricing documents and builder programs.
- Create bids for invoicing.
- Support field personnel with information which include templating, inspections and install information.
