Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone, email, and in-person communication.
• Coordinate with Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) trucking companies, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely order processing, shipment, and delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests in CRM or company databases.
• Monitor open orders, returns, and service issues to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Provide product and service information, assist with account setup, and manage updates to customer records.

• Collaborate with inventory control and logistics teams to resolve discrepancies or damaged goods issues.
• Operate EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack), pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Assist with inventory audits and warehouse process improvements.

• Preforming audits before the start
• Conduct regular audits of outbound shipments to ensure accuracy in quantity, description, and documentation.
• Verify inventory counts against system records and investigate any variances or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in warehouse management systems (WMS) and audit logs.
• Collaborate with warehouse, and picking teams to correct errors and improve inventory accuracy.
• Support cycle counting, physical inventory processes, and root cause analysis of count variances.
• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation of goods to meet audit and customer standards.
• Perform inspections and quality tests on finished products according to company standards and specifications.
• Identify and report nonconformities, assist in root cause analysis, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with production and picking teams to improve quality procedures and reduce defects.
• Maintain calibration records and ensure measuring and testing equipment accuracy.
