Alexander Mayer

I'm 18 years and 11 months old. I am very close to finishing my GED and will pass it with ease. I used to work at my family's business ever summer all summer since I was child but stopped at 14. I would consider the last four years to be peak of my experience and work load. It's called Great Lakes Glads. I was employed at Dollar General for around 6 months going through summer. I was let go due to policy. At the end of the day my cash register had an extra dollar or so over. This happened three times. I worked in Detasseling for 3 weeks which is the full work time given and decided not to return the next season. I worked at Bill's Steakhouse in a sort of trial period. I struggle to keep up to speed with the other workers in the high intensity environment even though I genuinely did my hardest. I worked for Amazon through my father and his ex fiance since May of 2025 till Dec. 23 2025. I have also lost my permit residence and need more secure employment to make money to pay for a place to live. I was let go due to family matters and kicked out due to family matters.

I am finishing up my GED studies and am going to get my degree soon. I have finished 1 of the 4 subjects. I also get very high test scores.

I want this job to get a structured work environment and schedule. I don't mind if I have to come in on a non-regular consistent basis but I would like to be informed at least a day or more prior so I can plan my days and my days off. I'm also willing to come in on days off or no scheduled days the day off but there is a chance that I might have planned an appointment or have something important that I scheduled for that day not knowing about the sudden scheduling or simply need a mental break. I would like this job because I feel like I have grown with my many jobs and different areas of employment and training. My goal is to get a steady income to afford possibly living on my own and paying off medical debt. I know that the majority of the positionings are part-time so I might apply for other jobs part-time as well as having this job so I would have to work with you to schedule accordingly. I enjoyed my time in retail and understand the struggles and tribulations that comes with. I'm willing to do whatever you need me to do and do it with proper etiquette as well as in the friendly manner. I would be honored to be a part of your team and work to optimize whatever position you put me in.
