• Provide detailed in-process inspections on electrical and mechanical assemblies, using detailed drawings, CAD models, and established processes to verify conformance to design requirements
• Identify, document, and resolve production and test anomalies in accordance with prescribed procedures and pursue corrective action as required
• Communicate and help resolve quality related issues as they relate to the propulsion assembly department
• Document production non-conformances in accordance with prescribed procedures and processes as required
• Support quality management system policies and procedure documentation, assess compliance to company and industry standards, initiate and lead continual improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
• During my time at SpaceX I assisted with 45 Launches including two human space flight missions

Key responsibilities:

• Daily routine aircraft inspections on over 15 aircraft.
• Maintained all aircraft in accordance with organizational maintenance requirements.
• Engine borescope inspections.
• Supervision of component replacement in accordance with technical publications and manuals.
• Component troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Fuel and oil system troubleshooting.
• Aircraft engine and systems operation.
• Supervise accurate and proper completion of aircraft
  maintenance paperwork and logs.
• Accountability and inspection of all tools and support
  equipment.
• Supervise the removal and installation of engines and auxiliary power supplies.
• Ensure the proper disposal of hazardous material such as sealants, oil, fuel and lubricants.
