Receiving treatment on a continual basis is not job experience. However, you become a student. A student who is an observer and participant. I have learned how to tell when an I.V. is infiltrated, When drawing blood what you feel is just as important as what you see. Listening to every patient is key so to potentially avoid an error and you always want to build trust. As medical staff you should always act accordingly. Again, you want to build trust.
