Portable Telemetry Unit, Develop a medical device to measure the heart’s rate, rhythm, and strength while being able to provide the portability necessary to transport a patient. Portable Pill Dispenser, Developed pharmaceutical technology used to measure prescription schedules and deliver the appropriate dosage as prescribed. Pacemaker Development, Developed the outer shell of a pacemaker from start to finish. Then physical and simulated tests were performed to determine reliability and critical stress concentrations. Wear Analysis, Utilized an electron microscope in order to determine the development of wear on materials such as aluminum, copper, treated steel, and wood. Elastic Modulus and Poisson’s Ratio Determination, Utilized Mach-1 motion control machine and GOM software to determine the Elastic Modulus and Poisson’s ratio of pig skin.
