I have been a student-athlete for 4 years. During this time I have developed time management, leadership, and prioritization skills. Being in a sport while also being a student was challenging but I have learned to adapt. I learned to work with others even when the environment was not favorable. I learned to be dedicated in the work it takes to be successful in the balance of academic excellence and self-discipline in sports while maintaining good grades. I developed good work ethic, responsibility, and reliability.
