I was responsible for children ages 3 months to 11 years while their parents/guardians would workout or use our facilities. I would work with one to two other people with our ratio of attendant to children being 1:10, while also working by myself on occasion. Other responsibilities included: cleaning the toys, tables, dishes, and floors, checking in and signing up families through our check-in system, giving snacks or formula to children provided by guardians, and ensuring the safety of the children while engaging with them interactively.
