Managed Retail & On Premise for the full Gallo portfolio within 4 selling divisions of RNDC, fostered strong relationships with RNDC leadership as well as local Chain/Independent/On Premise buyers and developed programming to drive results, including becoming the 1st MEGA state to sell 1M Gallo cases (2023) and organizing KY’s first California incentive trip in 12 years (2024).
Planned, executed & led 4 impactful Horse Soldier activation weeks which resulted in over 600 cases in market, 50+ Retail/On Premise activations, TV, radio & podcast coverage & countless meetings with influential parties – Fred Minnick Bourbon Journalist, National Kroger buyer, and Kentucky Kroger buyer (secured all 3 SKU authorizations in KY 1 yr before national auth.).
Implemented monthly One Sheets customized for each division that was utilized by Senior Leadership down to Sales Reps and created a “Shelf Care” program to get the Independent Retail division back to the basics of Gallo standards. The program resulted in a 9.5% increase on Rising Brand PODs and 570 pots of standardized shelf sets submitted to begin building the muscle of activity-based selling in preparation of the national AXIS rollout.
