-Able to interpret laboratory and imaging data

-Increased autonomy with independent admission and rounding responsibilities with open ICU coverage

-Provide therapeutic management plans while coordinating input across all specialties

-Effectively communicate and discuss plan of care with other multidisciplinary care team

-Procedural skills including laceration repair, arterial/CVC line, temporary HD catheters under ultrasound guidance. Some experience with POCUS

-Familiar with NIPPV and basic ventilator management

-Experience with vasopressor agents and sedation in critically ill patients

-Experience with palliative consults and discussing GOC

-Immersive 6-week Critical Care training under guidance of attending intensivists across MICU, STICU, CVICU, and NVICU

-Sole nocturnist provider in house for hospitalist service with open ICU coverage

-EKG/ABG interpretation

-Able to interpret some imaging modalities

- Team leader in rapid response, stroke team, and code situations

-Establish rapport with both patient and family to discuss plan of care

-Able to discuss GOC discussions effectively and work closely with personnel from palliative care, social work, and hospice

-Works closely with many specialties/providers to better serve patient needs

-Experience with leading interdisciplinary rounding

-Ensuring safe and accurate discharges
