My thesis, though only partially completed, led to my future expertise in entertainment—once restricted to the world of academia, now riddled with anecdotal knowledge. Such a cross section of experiences provided me the honor of being asked to address the topic, teaching the major donors of an unnamed, infamous women’s health organization about various topics regarding these stigmatized communities.
