I worked at Cocola Bakery from 2021 to 2023, starting out as a team member, selling pastries, and making coffee. After two months, I was promoted to manager at the age of 18, leading a team of eight employees. In this role, I operated independently with minimal supervision from ownership, managing daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and resolving any arising issues.
Before joining Cocola, I volunteered at Kaiser Permanente, where I supported hospital staff and patients with non-clinical tasks. I also served as the budget manager for my high school's journalism program, handling expense tracking, and coordinating with the administration. In addition, I worked independently as a math tutor and nanny for children ages 2–5. I am currently pursuing a BSN.
