• Order Filler is responsible for pulling orders and distributing product with in the warehouse. Placing product into boxes with appropriate label. Loader is responsible for scanning labels with a Gladiator making sure it is the correct product from either the conveyor or bulk to be loaded into the trailer in a safely manner. Use hand jack or electric pallet jack to place freight in appropriate areas of the warehouse. Lift up to 70lbs and more with team lift. Operate electrical pallet jack. Communicate with coworkers and supervisors. Clean up work area. Complete other tasks when asked.

• I provided comprehensive care to client, completing daily task (ADL) including assistance with personal care ,hygiene, mobility meal preparation, laundry and light housekeeping. I also provided transportation to and from Dr. appointment assisted with grocery shopping. Provided companionship and active engagement with the client by offering emotional and social support. Notified case manager of any concern from client or any changes in client’s condition and documented daily.

• Handle and process freight. Down stack pallets or palletize pallets. Put boxes on ABE. Unload and load trailers. Update boxes if needed. Manually receive freight if needed. Packs and process freight in a orderly and timely manner. Used TC7 to process items Keep area clean. Wrap pallets. Communicate with associates and managers. Perform additional duties.

• Caring out duties as receiving and processing material. picking orders, loading trailers, unloading trailers, locating stock and gathering items for shipment.

Assisted with ADL, held groups such as Coping skills, Mental Health Group, Drugs group assisted clients with money management Distributed money to clients documented in charts in regards to any changes to client, completed monthly summaries that went over there progress for the month.Completed

meal percentages and incontinence communicated with nurse staff,
