Alexandria Burgin

I have been making drinks for a little over a year now. This particular location is quite high paced and consistently growing. This position taught me a lot on engaging with customers, working as a team, food and beverage preparation, adapting to constantly shifting conditions, also listening and remembering complicated orders and requests.

I was the team lead of fulfillment but I was also cross trained in every area of the store including cashiering, customer service and cash room. This position taught me how to work with technology, support a team, manage my time and solve difficult problems.
