Leadership roles included monitoring and addressing crew morale, bridging communication between supervisor and crew, facilitating safety meetings in a correct manor, assessing crew productivity and work ethic, coordinating volunteer events and recreational trips, advocating for crew necessities, and guiding new corps members in workplace/chainsaw operation
As a CCC certified driver, was tasked with safe operation of a state vehicle while in both wildland and urban environments
